BIMx presents three dimensional building models in an interactive way similar to First-person shooter video games. 3D models with 2D drawing sheets exported to BIMx document format can be viewed with native viewer applications developed for Apple iOS, Android, Mac OS X, and Microsoft Windows operating systems. So the authors of this paper have taken the advantage of this to approach to merge both Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and also to use some of the technologies standalone to model a prototype building into a 3-D intelligent information model which can be accessed through a hand held device.BIMx is a set of desktop and mobile software tools to interactively present the 3D model and 2D documentation of Building Information Models created with ArchiCAD through a much simpler and intuitive interface than ArchiCAD's complex BIM authoring environment's UI. According to the researches, during the last decade the personal interest on 3-D modeling has increased so far due to their user friendliness and reliability. This research paper gives a mixture of strong parts from both worlds and they are integrated and individually stand up with a virtual globe to elaborate the informational models which can be accessed through a hand held device. Real integration of BIM and GIS is using the strong parts of the GIS technology in BIM, and the strong parts from BIM technology in GIS. However, most of the researches are focused on importing BIM data in GIS applications and vice versa. There is a growing interest in the integration of BIM and GIS.
